- Personal Details: Name, phone number, email (only when registering for our services).
- Community Information: Apartment name, flat number (for billing and access verification).
- Usage Data: Charging session details (time, duration, units consumed).
- Payment Information: Securely processed via third-party payment gateways (we do not store card or UPI details).
- Technical Data: Device/browser information, IP address, cookies (for website functionality).

- To enable residents to book, use, and pay for charging sessions.

- For Residents: We use your data only for providing charging services and billing.
- For RWAs/Gated Communities: We share aggregated usage reports (not individual private data) to help associations track electricity consumption and revenue sharing.
- For Compliance: We may share limited data with electricity boards, government authorities, or OEM partners if legally required.
- We never sell or misuse your personal data.
5. Data Protection & Security
- All data is stored in encrypted databases on secure servers.

- Access to resident and community data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- RWAs will have dashboard-level access to community-wide usage reports for transparency.
6. Rights of Residents & Communities
- Residents can request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data anytime.
- RWAs/Associations can request community-level energy reports, billing summaries, and compliance records.
- If a resident leaves the community, their data will be safely deleted after final billing.
7. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
